Terms of service

These terms cover the Cresca Health app and website, operated by VIANI (“we” and “us”). Read these terms before using the service. Our privacy policy explains how we use your information and the choices you have.

Eligibility and your account

Our initial early-access service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Keep credentials secure and use an account you are authorized to access. Tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not supply another person’s private health information without appropriate authority.

Nutrition support, with limits

Cresca provides general nutrition and wellness information, record keeping, and education. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition. It does not replace a qualified clinician or dietitian.

Estimates, cycle phases, suggestions, and AI replies can be incomplete or wrong. Read Health & AI guidance, especially before relying on supplement, allergy, or cycle information. Never delay care because of Cresca.

Early access

Features and platform availability may change. The service can have interruptions or errors. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase or a promise of a launch date. Keep your own copies of information you need.

Memberships, cancellation, and refunds

Where paid memberships are available, the store shows the price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and any trial or offer before you confirm a purchase.

Store subscriptions can renew automatically unless cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Manage them through the store account used to buy. For Google Play, open Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation usually stops the next renewal while access continues for the paid period, subject to store terms.

Deleting data, deleting your Cresca account, or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel separately before deleting your account.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, store policy, and consumer law. For Google Play, use the store’s refund process. You can also contact us. Do not send complete payment-card details. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you enter. Cresca and its providers process it to deliver features, subject to our privacy policy and any consent required by law. We do not sell your personal data or use health information for advertising. You can exercise data choices or delete your account.

Acceptable use

• Use Cresca lawfully and respect other people’s rights and privacy.
• Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another account’s data.
• Do not upload material you lack permission to share or use the service to harm others.

Changes and account restrictions

We may change features or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain changes and options. Restrictions do not remove applicable data or consumer rights.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, early access is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will meet every need or be error-free. Nothing here excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise questions or disputes through Contact & support.

Updates

We update the date when these terms change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where agreement or consent is required, we will seek it.
