A little clarity, for your peace of mind
Health data & AI consent
What you agree to when you choose Agree and continue in Cresca.
Updated September 23, 2026 · Early access · Operated by VIANI
I consent to VIANI, the operator of Cresca Health, collecting and using the health information I choose to provide for the features below, and sharing relevant information with external AI providers to provide those features.
Information you choose to share
This includes your nutrition goals and preferences, age and body measurements, meals, water, supplements, kitchen inventory, cycle records, symptoms, body notes, check-ins and conversations. Photos or voice recordings you submit are processed to recognise food, read labels or transcribe speech. You can leave optional information out.
What Cresca does with it
We save your records, estimate nutrition, answer your questions and suggest food based on your preferences and available ingredients. We also prepare personalised suggestions, journal insights and reminders automatically, including when you are not actively chatting. These features provide general wellness support, not medical advice.
Sharing with AI providers
Relevant messages, uploads, conversation history and nutrition, profile or cycle context are sent to external AI services. These include OpenRouter and the model providers it routes requests to, such as DeepSeek and Google. Google may also process speech directly. When enabled, TypeSafe assists with interpreting requests. These providers process information to generate the requested results.
Information may be processed outside your country. Provider retention and use to improve or train models depend on the service and its terms; this agreement is not a promise of anonymous processing or zero retention. Read the privacy policy for data use, recipients and retention, and Health & AI guidance for the limits of the results. You can contact us about the providers handling your information.
Separate, optional choices
Connecting a health app and using additional PCOS / PCOD context require their own choices. This agreement does not connect a health app, grant camera or microphone access, or enable advertising. Information you voluntarily put in a message may still be included in that request.
We use limited, account-linked app-usage analytics to improve Cresca. See the privacy policy for details. This health and AI agreement does not grant any separately required analytics consent.
Declining or changing your mind
You can choose Not now. Health-data entry and AI features stay paused, while account, support, export and deletion tools remain available. In Profile → Privacy → Health data & AI, you can withdraw consent or review it again.
Withdrawal stops new covered processing and future AI requests. It cannot recall information already sent to a provider. Existing records are not automatically deleted: use the separate data or account deletion controls, or contact support@crescahealth.com. You can continue to exercise your privacy rights.
We record your choice, its time and the version of these details against your account. This consent covers health and AI processing; age eligibility and other legal obligations still apply.
