Delete your account

Delete from the app

1. Open Cresca Health and go to You → Privacy & account.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm when ready. This action cannot be undone.

If the app reports that deletion did not finish, retry or contact us for help completing it.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@crescahealth.com from your account email with the subject Delete my Cresca Health account. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. No website sign-in or app reinstall is required.

If you no longer have access to that email, explain this. We need to establish account ownership before acting. Never send a password or sign-in code.

If no email app opens, copy the address into your email service. Opening the link does not send a request or delete anything.

What each option removes

Clear chat history

Deletes saved conversations and reports submitted about those responses. Meals, check-ins, and other records already saved outside chat remain.

Delete my data

In You → Privacy & account. Clears saved nutrition, chat, cycle, body-note, inventory, supplement, and insight records and resets setup. Your account, membership, trial history, and certain usage and device settings remain.

Delete account

Removes your Cresca account and saved app records. In-app deletion also clears app copies and imported health summaries on that phone.

Remove a waitlist email

Email support@crescahealth.com from the address used to join. A waitlist entry is separate from an app account; mention both if you want both removed.

Deletion timing

When you delete records in the app, they are removed from Cresca’s active systems promptly. For a request sent by email, we act once we have verified account ownership and confirmed what should be removed.

We respond promptly, and within the time the law allows. If deletion takes longer, we will explain the delay and next steps.

Copies and records that may remain

Deletion does not erase original records in Health Connect or Apple Health, exported or shared files, or records independently held by an app store or another service. For an email request, remove local app data on your devices and revoke health permissions too.

Backup copies are cleared within 6 months. Some security and purchase records are kept longer where needed for fraud prevention or legal obligations. Information already sent to an AI provider is handled under that provider’s terms. We will explain relevant exceptions when handling your request.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it through the store account used to purchase. See membership and refund information for instructions.

Keep a copy first

Use You → Privacy & account → Download my data before deletion if you want your records. For a deletion that did not finish, contact us.
