Food estimates are estimates
Recipes, brands, preparation, and portions change nutrition values. AI can misidentify foods, ingredients, quantities, or labels. Review entries before saving and check packaging or a reliable source when accuracy matters.

Meal ideas cannot verify allergens, cross-contact, freshness, or safe preparation. Dietary filters are not a guarantee of allergy safety. Check ingredients and suitability and follow professional guidance for severe allergies or prescribed diets.
Cycle awareness and PCOS / PCOD
Cycle phases and timing are estimates from available records, not tests of hormone levels, fertility, ovulation, pregnancy, or a condition. Cresca is not contraception. Irregular cycles and other factors can make estimates unreliable.
