What Cresca is
Cresca is a chat-first nutrition companion. You tell it what you ate, what is in your kitchen and, if you choose, where you are in your cycle. Cresca brings meals, nutrient estimates, supplements, daily check-ins and optional cycle context together in one calm place, without food grades or streaks.
Who it is for
Cresca is designed with women in mind, and its initial release is for adults aged 18 and over. It works with food from anywhere and pays special attention to Indian dishes, such as dal, roti, idli and regional meals, which many nutrition apps handle poorly.
How it works
- Log a meal by typing, speaking or sharing a photo. Cresca estimates its nutrition, and you review the ingredients and portions before saving.
- Keep a simple kitchen list. Cresca can suggest meals using what you have, your food preferences and what you have logged, with any extra ingredients easy to spot.
- Save your supplements and log when you take them, so their recorded nutrients sit alongside your meals.
- Add cycle details only if you want to. Cycle tracking is optional, and estimated phase context can then inform meal ideas.
- Optional PCOS / PCOD support offers educational guidance and everyday check-ins, even when your cycle is irregular.
What Cresca is not
Cresca offers general nutrition information and tools for reflection. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, prescribe supplements or doses, or replace a healthcare professional. It is not a contraception or fertility tool. Nutrition values and cycle days are estimates. Read Health & AI guidance for the details.
Your data, your call
Cycle details and health connections are optional, and you choose what to share and when. You can export your saved data, clear your history or delete your account from the app, or request deletion without the app. Our privacy policy and health data & AI consent explain what is collected, why, and who helps us run Cresca.
Where Cresca is today
